  1. Enter Dr Jackson's shop and identify the item in his displayed stock.

  2. Drag it onto the counter directly in front of him.

  3. Read the price and complete the purchase in the opened menu.

  4. If the panel closes, move the item on the counter slightly to reopen it.

Open the purchase menu

Some equipment appears on different days or after other progression. Demo 049 says the Toolbox can be bought after day 14, and containers and machines can now be previewed before purchase. Check contents and available space first. Before buying a large machine, run the rent reserve check so you can still pay the next bill.

What to buy first

Buy for a specific obstacle. Storage helps only when current stock is overflowing; a tool helps only when its operation matches a trade you can run. If you are building the Water Merchant route, inspect the water preparation guide before buying extra bottles or power equipment.
